Debris is wrapped around the brush axles. Immediate cleaning is required to prevent motor strain.
- Turn the robot over. Pinch the brush frame release tabs and lift to remove the brush cage.
- Pull out both Multi-Surface Brushes.
- Remove the brush caps from each end of the brushes. Clear all hair and debris from beneath the caps and reinstall them.
- On the opposite side of each brush, remove any hair or debris wrapped around the square and hexagonal pegs.
- Reinstall the brushes, matching the shape of the pegs (square or hexagon) with the icons in the cleaning head module.
If that didn't work, check the Edge-Sweeping Brush. Remove it by loosening its screw, clear any obstructions from its shaft, and reinstall it.
Heads up: Clean these brushes once a month, or twice a month if you have a pet. Replace them every 12 months, or sooner if visible wear appears.
