DIAGNOSIS Improper loading order or a dull extractor blade. The Pro Plus needs a specific liquid-to-solid ratio to create the vortex.
FIX Load ingredients in this order: liquids first, then soft foods, then hardest items (like ice or frozen fruit) on top. Do not exceed the MAX line. The liquid is crucial. Use at least 1/2 cup of liquid for the tall cup. Pulse a few times first to pull ingredients down, then hold for the full cycle.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Your extractor blade is dull. The four-prong blade wears out. Check for nicks or rounded edges. Replace the extractor blade assembly. A new blade makes a significant difference.
HEADS UP Do not pack ingredients tightly. They need room to move. For fibrous greens, put them in the middle layer, not at the very bottom. Run for shorter bursts if needed.
