ninja blendsense blender blade assembly is stuck, can't get it off to clean

— asked by Alex

First, make sure the blender is unplugged. You need to twist the blade assembly counter-clockwise to remove it from the pitcher.

If it's stuck, try running warm water over the threaded area for a minute to loosen any dried residue. Then use a dry towel for a better grip and try again.

Don't use tools that could damage the plastic. It should unscrew by hand once any sticky buildup is loosened.
