A solid red light ring means the robot's bin is full and needs to be emptied. It won't start a new job until you do.
- Press the bin release button on the top of the robot and remove the dust bin.
- Open the bin door and tap the filter against your trash container to empty it.
- Before reinserting, check the full bin sensors inside the robot and on the bin door. Wipe them with a clean, dry cloth. Buildup here can trigger a false full signal.
- Make sure the filter is correctly installed with the ridged grips facing out. The robot will not run if the filter is missing or in wrong.
- Place the bin back into the robot until it clicks.
If that didn't work: The charging contacts on the robot or the Home Base might be dirty, preventing a proper connection and causing a power issue. Wipe both the robot's and the Home Base's charging contacts with a clean, dry cloth or a melamine foam pad to remove debris.
Heads up: Do not wash the filter. Remove it before rinsing the bin with warm water, and make sure the bin is completely dry before reassembly.
