Diagnosis
Complete loss of power indicates a supply issue or a tripped thermal fuse, not a complex control failure.
How to Fix It
Check the basics in order. Verify the 120V outlet works with another device. Ensure the power cord is fully seated in the outlet and the terminal block on the back of the washer. Check your home's circuit breaker or GFCI outlet for a trip.
If That Didn't Work
Unplug the washer. Access the main control board by removing the top panel. Visually inspect the board for any blown fuses or burnt components. A common point of failure is the main power supply fuse on the board.
Heads Up
Do not bypass any fuses. A dead unit after a heavy load often points to a thermal overload. This requires professional component-level diagnosis.
