The pump is running dry. You have a water supply or blockage issue.
- Confirm the water supply is turned on and there are no kinks in the garden hose.
- Check the water inlet filter for debris. Clean it if blocked.
- Inspect the nozzle for a clog. Clean it.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the machine was stored outdoors or in a place where it could freeze, the pump, hoses, or accessories might be frozen. You must wait for them to thaw completely before attempting to use the washer again. Never store the pressure washer outdoors or where it could freeze, as this can damage the pump.
HEADS UP: The hose must be connected and the water turned on BEFORE operating your unit. Failure to do this will damage the pump motor and void your warranty.
