A common failure point in the Wi-Fi pairing sequence. Often related to the phone's network settings interfering.
How to Fix It
Follow this exact sequence. 1. On the Airfryer, hold the 'Connect' button for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon blinks. 2. On your phone, disable cellular data. 3. Ensure your phone is connected to your home's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5 GHz. 4. Run the app setup again.
If That Didn't Work
Reset the Airfryer's network memory. In standby mode, press and hold the 'Temperature' and 'Time' buttons together for 5 seconds. The display will flash. Then retry setup.
Heads Up
The device cannot connect to guest networks or networks requiring a secondary login portal, like in some apartments or dorms.
