Diagnosis
A loose or unseated accessory inside the cooking basket. The most likely cause is the basket insert not fully locked into position.
How to Fix It
1. Remove the basket and let the unit cool. 2. Take out the insert and the bottom grate. 3. Re-seat the bottom grate first, ensuring it lies flat. 4. Push the insert down firmly until you hear/feel a distinct click on both sides.
If That Didn't Work
Inspect the fan blades on the heating element inside the main unit for food debris or damage. A stuck piece of food can cause a rattle.
Heads Up
Never run the Airfryer empty to diagnose noise. This can overheat the element and void the warranty.
