the basket for my gowise air fryer won't slide in smoothly, it gets stuck. help?

You're likely overfilling it. The basket has a MAX fill indicator line. If you go past that, it can warp or jam.

Fix:

1. Check that you're not filling the basket beyond the MAX line.
2. Place smaller batches of ingredients in the basket. This also helps with even cooking.
3. Make sure the crisper tray is correctly seated in the basket before you try to insert it.
4. Align the rim of the basket carefully with the track inside the air fryer when sliding it in.

If that didn't work: There might be food debris or grease built up in the tracks. After the unit has cooled for at least 30 minutes, unplug it and clean the inside of the appliance, including the tracks, with a lightly dampened, non-abrasive sponge.

Heads up: Over time, wear and tear on the basket and crisper tray is normal. They are replaceable parts. Contact GoWISE Customer Care if the basket is visibly warped.
