Diagnosis
Total power loss. This is almost always a power supply issue, not the main control board. Check the simple stuff first.
How to Fix It
Verify the wall outlet works by plugging in a lamp. Check that the power cord is fully seated in the socket on the back of the washer (it can work loose). Ensure the household circuit breaker or GFCI outlet hasn't tripped. If all that is good, unplug the washer for 60 seconds and plug it back in firmly.
If That Didn't Work
The internal power connection or the main control board itself may have failed. There's a wiring harness connection at the board that can sometimes come loose during transport or vibration.
Heads Up
Don't start taking panels off to check internal fuses or boards until you've 100% confirmed wall power and the cord connection. It's usually the outlet or a tripped breaker.
