Diagnosis
This is almost always a power supply issue—the control board isn't getting juice. Could be as simple as a loose plug or a tripped household circuit.
How to Fix It
Verify the washer is firmly plugged into a working outlet. Test the outlet with another device. Check your home's circuit breaker or GFCI to see if it's tripped. If power is confirmed, press and hold the Power button for 3-5 seconds; sometimes the control panel needs a hard reset.
If That Didn't Work
There's a thermal fuse on the main control board that can blow from overheating. On this model, it's not user-serviceable; you'd need a tech to diagnose and replace the board or fuse.
Heads Up
Don't bypass any electrical components. If the outlet is on a GFCI and it keeps tripping, the washer might have a moisture short—unplug it and call for service.
