'End' means the timer reached zero. The heating elements turn off, but residual heat remains. Your food likely needed more time.
- Check the food's internal temperature with a thermometer. For safety, poultry should reach 165°F, ground meats 160°F, etc.
- If undercooked, you can add more time. Select the zone. Use the TIME arrows to add minutes. Press START/PAUSE.
- For even cooking, shake the basket during the added time.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: You may have accidentally stopped a zone. If 'End' appears on one display during dual-zone cooking, you canceled that zone's time. Select that zone, set a new time, and press START/PAUSE. Cooking continues in the other zone.
HEADS UP: To prevent this, don't set the time to zero during cooking unless you intend to stop that zone. Always use a food thermometer to verify doneness, as appliance performance can vary.
