DIAGNOSIS No power to the control board. The primary cause is a tripped internal thermal overload protector or a failed control panel connection.
FIX Unplug the unit from the wall for a full 5 minutes. This allows the internal overload protector to reset. While unplugged, press and hold the Power button on the unit for 10 seconds to discharge any residual power. Plug it directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check the power cord connection at the back of the unit. Gently but firmly push the cord's molded plug into the unit's socket to ensure it is fully seated and locked.
HEADS UP This model does not have a user-serviceable fuse. If the above steps fail, the issue is internal and requires service.
