You have a blockage in the wand, hose, or the tool connection point.
- Unplug the machine.
- Open the cap on the handle and slide the wand and hose out together.
- Press the button on the end of the hose to release the wand. Look through both the wand and the hose for obstructions.
- Press the bin handle button to remove the bin. Press the tab on the base of the hose (where it connects to the machine) to detach the hose. Check the entire length.
- Also check the tool you're attaching. The combination tool has a brush head that slides down; ensure it's not stuck closed.
- Clear any debris. Be careful of sharp objects.
- Reassemble: Push the wand into the hose end until it clicks. Position wand and hose in the handle recess and slide down until it clicks. Close the end cap.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Check the airway at the cuff—the connection point at the back of the machine just above the ball. Remove the cleaner head and look for blockages in that airway.
HEADS UP: For tools, you can attach directly to the hose (release the wand first) or to the wand. Ensure the connection clicks securely.
