DIAGNOSIS The locking collar on the hose end or the plastic tabs on the pod’s inlet are broken. This is a common breakage point.
FIX Inspect the gray plastic locking collar on the hose. Look for cracked or missing teeth. Then, check the black plastic inlet on the pod for broken tabs. You cannot repair broken plastic. You must replace the broken part.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If parts look intact, ensure the hose is oriented correctly. The release button on the hose should face upward when inserting it into the pod.
HEADS UP Never force the hose connection. Always depress the release button to detach. Yanking it sideways is what breaks the tabs.
