DIAGNOSIS No power is reaching the main control board. This is either a blown thermal fuse on the heating circuit or a failed power supply section on the board.

FIX Check your household circuit breaker. Plug the brewer directly into a different, known-good wall outlet. Ensure the power cord is fully seated in the socket on the back of the machine.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The thermal fuse, usually located on the thermoblock housing, has blown. This is a safety device and its failure indicates an overheating event. The unit must be opened to replace it.

HEADS UP Do not attempt to bypass any thermal fuses. This creates a serious fire hazard. The machine has multiple high-temperature cut-offs for a reason.
