DIAGNOSIS The machine has hit its programmed cleaning reminder interval. It locks out ice production until you run the cycle.
FIX You must complete the cleaning cycle. Ensure the ice basket is empty. Fill the water tank with a mix of 2 cups white vinegar and the rest water up to the max line. Press and hold the 'Clean' button for 3 seconds. The cycle will run for about 15 minutes. It will drain, then flush. Refill with fresh water and run one more cycle to rinse.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If it still blinks after a proper cycle, the drain pump might be clogged. Check the drain hose at the back for kinks. Use a pipe cleaner to clear the outlet.
HEADS UP Never interrupt the clean cycle by unplugging it. It can corrupt the controller memory. Let it finish its full drain sequence.
