water is leaking from the bottom of my sencre ice maker, not from the tank, it's pooling underneath on the counter.

DIAGNOSIS Internal leak. Common sources are a cracked water inlet tube fitting or a clogged drain hose causing backup.

FIX Unplug it. Pull it forward. Tip it back carefully (have towels ready). Inspect the drain hose connection on the bottom rear. Ensure it's snug and not cracked. Look for mineral scale buildup at the water pump outlet. Clear any debris.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The leak may be from the evaporator plate housing. If you see water inside the ice-making compartment when it's off, the internal drain pan has a crack. This requires disassembly.

HEADS UP Water near electrical components is a shock and fire hazard. Do not place the unit on a wooden surface you care about. Stop using it until the leak is found and fixed.
