Diagnosis
A clog in the air path or a full/faulty dust bag is killing suction. The most common spot is the channel where the robot empties into the dock.
How to Fix It
Clear the main dust pathway. Remove the robot's dustbin and check for clogs. Then, power off the dock, remove the dust bag, and use a long, thin object (like a chopstick) to clear any debris from the dock's emptying port where the robot connects.
If That Didn't Work
Check the side brush and main roller. Manually spin the main roller—if it doesn't move freely, hair is wound around the axles. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove all wound debris.
Heads Up
The dust bag can appear not-full but still be compacted at the bottom, blocking airflow. Replace the bag if it's been over a month, even if the app doesn't say it's full.
