DIAGNOSIS This is typically an electrical connection failure. The pod is not making secure contact with the floor nozzle or the handheld unit.
FIX Check all connection points. 1. Ensure the pod is clicked firmly into the floor nozzle until you hear a definitive ‘click’. 2. Ensure the handheld unit is fully seated and locked onto the pod. 3. Check the power cord is fully inserted into the back of the pod.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The problem may be in the wall outlet or the vacuum's internal thermal cutoff. Unplug and let the vacuum sit for 45-60 minutes to cool. Try a different, known-good wall outlet on a different circuit.
HEADS UP If it consistently shuts off after exactly 1-2 seconds, it is likely a safety cutoff. This often follows a clog or overheating. Ensure all clogs are cleared before retrying.
