DIAGNOSIS Weak suction points to a secondary blockage or a compromised seal. The primary suspects are the hose or the pre-motor foam filter.
FIX Conduct a hose and seal check. 1. Detach the hose from both the pod and the floor nozzle. Shine a light through it—look for obstructions. 2. Remove the dust cup and check the small pre-motor foam filter behind it. Rinse this foam filter, let it dry 24 hours. 3. Re-seat the dust cup, ensuring it clicks fully into place on all sides.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check the floor nozzle inlet. Detach the nozzle from the pod. Look into the suction opening where the pod connects. Remove any large debris lodged there.
HEADS UP All filters must be completely dry. Even slightly damp filters will drastically reduce airflow and suction performance.
