DIAGNOSIS The shipping bolts weren't removed. Or the washer is severely unlevel. The four large bolts in the back secure the drum for transit.
FIX Unplug the washer. Tilt it back. Look at the rear panel. You must remove all four shipping bolts and the plastic spacers. Use the wrench that came in the package. Keep the bolts. Plug the holes with the provided caps.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK After bolt removal, you must level it. Adjust the four feet at the bottom corners. Use a carpenter's level on the top of the cabinet. Tighten the lock nuts against the cabinet after adjusting.
HEADS UP Running the washer with shipping bolts installed will destroy the suspension and tub bearings. It's the most common setup mistake. Check this first.
