DIAGNOSIS The load is severely out of balance, or the suspension rods/springs that stabilize the tub have worn out or failed. An unbalanced load is the first thing to rule out.
FIX Stop the cycle and redistribute the load manually. Don't just wash single heavy items like a rug or comforter by themselves—always add a few smaller items to help balance the tub. Make sure the washer is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust the leveling feet underneath (they screw in/out) until the machine is solid and doesn't rock.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If it's balanced and level but still walks, the suspension system is shot. The TR7003WN uses a set of springs and dampening rods to control the tub. Over time, these can lose tension or the dampers can leak their fluid. Replacing them restores stability but is a significant repair.
HEADS UP Letting it violently shake isn't just noisy; it can damage the cabinet, loosen plumbing connections, and accelerate wear on the spider arm and drive system. If redistributing the load doesn't fix it every time, get it looked at.
