Diagnosis
This is a water supply error. The machine isn't detecting enough water in its internal tank to start the ice cycle, either because the reservoir is low or the water pump is blocked.
How to Fix It
First, ensure the water reservoir is filled to the MAX line with cold water. If it is, the issue is likely a clogged inlet. Unplug the unit. Use the included cleaning brush or a small pipe cleaner to clear the small water inlet hole at the bottom of the reservoir. Also, check and clean the filter screen if your model has one.
If That Didn't Work
The internal water pump might have failed or have an airlock. Try this priming sequence: fill the reservoir, then with the unit off, press and hold the Power button for 5-10 seconds. You might hear the pump cycle. If not, and it still beeps, the pump is likely faulty.
Heads Up
Always use cold tap water. Warm or hot water can trigger sensor errors and slows down the initial ice production cycle significantly.
