DIAGNOSIS The drain hose is disconnected or the internal drain pan is overflowing.
FIX Pull the unit out. Check the clear flexible drain hose at the back bottom. It must be inserted firmly into the drain port on the chassis and routed into the removable drain tray below the ice basket.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The leak is likely from the fill tube connection inside. Unplug the unit. Tip it back (have a towel ready). Inspect the short silicone tube connecting the water valve to the distribution nozzle. A loose clamp can cause a drip that runs down inside the cabinet.
HEADS UP Never operate the ice maker without the drain tray and drain hose properly installed. Meltwater from the cooling cycle needs a path out. A missing tray causes immediate flooding.
