Diagnosis
The suction path is compromised, failing to recover the dirty water. The roller is laying down solution but not pulling it back up.
How to Fix It
Clear the primary suction path. Step sequence: 1. Empty and rinse the dirty water tank. 2. Remove and inspect the HEPA filter for saturation—replace if damp. 3. Check the pipe from the roller chamber to the tank for clogs. 4. Ensure the rubber squeegee strip on the bottom of the main unit is intact and correctly positioned.
If That Didn't Work
You are likely using too much solution. The iFloor 3 Breeze requires a very light mist. Adjust the solution-to-water ratio in the clean tank or use plain water to test.
Heads Up
Running the device with a full or clogged dirty water tank forces liquid back onto the floor. Empty the tank well before it reaches the 'Max' line.
