Diagnosis
A complete power failure points to a safety lockout from water ingress or a faulty battery connection.
How to Fix It
Check for water in the battery compartment. Step sequence: 1. Remove the water tank and press the battery release buttons. 2. Pull the battery pack out. 3. Inspect the battery contacts on both the pack and inside the vacuum for moisture or corrosion. Wipe completely dry with a cloth. 4. Reinsert the battery until it clicks. The unit should power on.
If That Didn't Work
The internal fuse may have blown. Contact Tineco support. Do not attempt to open the sealed motor housing.
Heads Up
Always remove the battery before cleaning any part of the vacuum or storing it. This prevents accidental short circuits.
