Diagnosis
The cleaning station's suction ports are clogged with dried muck, preventing proper scrubbing and suction of debris from the roller.
How to Fix It
Manually deep-clean the docking station. Step sequence: 1. Remove the clean water tank and dirty water tank. 2. Use the provided cleaning tool to scrape debris from the two rectangular suction slots in the dock's base. 3. Flush the slots with warm water. 4. Use a small brush to clean the four spray nozzles inside the dock. 5. Wipe the entire dock interior dry before reloading.
If That Didn't Work
The roller itself is too saturated with old grease and ground-in dirt. Manually wash the brush roll with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
Heads Up
Never let the dirty water tank reach the 'Max' line. Overfilling causes backflow into the cleaning station, creating clogs.
