Diagnosis
The smart floor sensor is detecting a potential obstruction or airflow imbalance, forcing a protective stop. The message triggers on internal resistance, not visual dirt.
How to Fix It
Power off and unplug. Step sequence: 1. Fully remove the roller cover and brush roll. 2. Visually check both ends of the brush roll for hair or thread wound into the bearings. 3. Clear any debris from the roller channel inside the main body. 4. Reinstall components, ensuring the roller cover clicks firmly into place on both sides.
If That Didn't Work
Check the secondary filter behind the dirty water tank. A clogged secondary filter creates suction imbalance. Remove, rinse under tap until water runs clear, and air-dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting.
Heads Up
Never run the device with damp or wet filters. A damp secondary filter will trigger the error immediately and can damage the motor.
