after washing, the mop pads still smell musty and aren't getting clean.

DIAGNOSIS Ineffective cleaning by the dock's mop washing system. This is caused by insufficient water flow during wash, using non-official cleaning solutions that leave residue, or not drying the pads post-wash.

FIX Manually set a higher mop wash intensity. In the app, go to Dock Settings > Mop Wash Settings. Change 'Wash Mode' from 'Water Saving' to 'Daily' or 'Deep' for stronger water agitation. Ensure the clean water tank is full and the dirty water tank is emptied immediately after cycles.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The dock's wash tray or the pads themselves are contaminated. Remove the mop pads and wash them manually with hot water and a small amount of mild detergent. Use a brush to clean the dock's wash tray and rubber scrubbers. Run a 'Clean Dock' self-wash cycle with only clean water in the tank to flush the system.

HEADS UP Never leave wet mop pads attached to the robot or in the dock for extended periods. Enable 'Mop Drying' in the dock settings to use the dock's fan after washing. Replace mop pads every 1-2 months as the microfiber breaks down and holds odors.
