Diagnosis
No power is reaching the main control board. The internal thermal fuse has blown or the power cord/connection is faulty.
How to Fix It
First, check your outlet with another device. Then, unplug the unit and check the power cord where it enters the base. Look for kinks or damage. The most common internal fault is the thermal cutoff fuse on the main board blowing.
If That Didn't Work
The main control board itself may have a shorted component. If the fuse tests good and power reaches the board, the board is dead.
Heads Up
A blown thermal fuse usually indicates an overheating event. Check for blocked air vents at the rear before replacing any parts.
