airflow from my levoit feels really weak even on the highest setting, did i do something wrong?

Airflow is blocked or the filter is clogged.

1. First, check the physical space. You need at least 15 inches of clearance on all sides. Move it away from walls, curtains, and furniture.
2. Clean the pre-filter. Hair and lint clog it fast, strangling airflow. Remove and rinse it.
3. Verify the main HEPA filter is installed correctly and all plastic packaging is removed. A wrapped filter stops air completely.
4. Tap the fan speed button to ensure you're actually on speed 4 or Auto mode.

If that didn't work, the filter may be saturated and need replacing. If airflow is still weak after all this, a foreign object might be blocking the fan. Do not try to disassemble it. Contact support.
