It's either overheating, tilting, or has a faulty connection.
- Ensure it has at least 15 inches of clearance on all sides. Blocked air inlets cause overheating.
- Check that the filter is installed correctly with all plastic removed. A wrapped filter makes it overheat.
- Make sure it's on a flat, stable surface. If it tilts more than 45 degrees, it has an auto-shutoff.
- Plug it directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip or dimmer switch.
If that didn't work, the power adapter might be failing or the unit is malfunctioning. Contact support.
Heads up: Never use it on a soft surface like a bed or rug, and keep it away from heat sources.
