Yes, the Fluffy roller head brush bar is washable. Do not submerge the entire cleaner head—it has electronics.
- Disconnect the vacuum from the charger. Do not touch the power button.
- Press the cleaner head release button on the wand and place the head upside down.
- Push the end cap up fully and pull the brush bar out. Remove the end cap from the brush bar. Do not wash the end cap.
- Hold the brush bar under running water, gently rub to remove lint and hair. Squeeze out excess water by running your hand down its length.
- Stand the brush bar upright with the closed end at the top. Let it dry completely for at least 24 hours.
- Once totally dry, reattach the end cap, slide the brush bar back in, and push the end cap down to the closed position.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: For the Mini motorised tool, the brush bar is not washable. Use a coin to twist the end cap anti-clockwise, remove it, slide the brush bar out, clear debris, wipe with a damp cloth, and reassemble.
HEADS UP: Never put any cleaner head, tool, or bin in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishes, or air fresheners. Just water and a cloth.
