DIAGNOSIS The CrystalDry zeolite drying system is not activating. This is often due to a blocked vent path, a failed fan, or incorrect cycle selection.

FIX Ensure you are using a cycle that activates CrystalDry (Auto, Heavy, Normal, Speed60). Check the vent on the inside of the door. It must be clear of large utensils or dishware blocking airflow. Run a diagnostic test: press Start three times rapidly. Listen for the fan motor during the drying phase.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The zeolite container's vent flap may be stuck. Or the fan motor for the drying circuit may have failed, requiring a service call.

HEADS UP Plastic items and certain glazes will not get hot enough for perfect drying, even with CrystalDry. Use the Extra Dry button and position plastic on the top rack.
