DIAGNOSIS The MyWay third rack is not correctly locked into its upper glide position. The rack detents are not fully engaged.
FIX Remove the third rack completely. Inspect the four glide sockets on the side walls. Ensure no debris is in the sockets. Re-insert the rack, pushing it all the way back until you hear/feel a definitive click on both sides. The rack should now be secure.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The glide sockets or the rack's glide arms may be damaged or worn. Contact Bosch for replacement parts for the third rack glide system.
HEADS UP When loading the third rack, distribute weight evenly. Heavy items placed on the front of the rack can create a lever effect, dislodging it.
