DIAGNOSIS Inadequate drying. The TrueSteam or Condensation Drying system is not functioning optimally.
FIX
1. Confirm you are using rinse aid. The dispenser is in the door; fill it and set the rinse aid release level to 4 or higher.
2. Select a cycle with Heated Dry or TrueSteam. The Normal cycle defaults to Condensation Dry, which requires perfectly loaded dishes.
3. Use the High Temperature Wash option. This raises the final rinse temperature, improving drying performance.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The heating element may be faulty. Run a diagnostic test: press and hold the Soil and Delay buttons for 3 seconds. Check for error codes related to the heater.
HEADS UP Plastic items will not dry well with Condensation Dry. For plastic loads, you must select a cycle with Heated Dry or TrueSteam enabled.
