FIX
1. Visually inspect the door gasket (seal) around the entire tub opening. Ensure it is seated correctly and not folded over or pinched.
2. Check for dishes or utensils protruding from the lower rack that are hitting the door or tub lip.
3. Examine the door latch striker on the tub frame and the corresponding latch assembly on the door for damage or debris.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The door hinges may have worn or become misaligned. The door on this model is heavy; the hinges can sag over time, requiring adjustment or replacement.
