A flashing blue battery LED indicates a battery fault.
- Battery LED pulsing blue: Machine is charging.
- Battery LED no light: Machine is fully charged.
- Battery LED flashing blue: Battery fault.
FIX: First, ensure the machine is not in an environment below 5°C (41°F). It won't operate or charge below that temperature to protect the motor and battery. Move it to a warmer room and try charging again.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Try changing the battery. Push the Battery release button on the handle and slide the battery off. Align a second, known-good battery and slide it in until it clicks.
HEADS UP: For battery life, only use Boost mode (red) when needed. Returning the machine to the dock after use maintains battery life.
