Weak suction is almost always a clog or a dirty filter.
- First, empty the dust collector. Press the release button, pull it out, and dump it.
- Check the filters. Remove the pre-filter by pulling the hooks, then take out the foam and high-performance filters. Clean them with a vacuum or brush. Do not wash the high-performance filter with water.
- Check the suction inlet for blockages like hair or debris.
- Ensure the filters are completely dry before reassembling. Damp filters drastically reduce suction.
If that didn't work: Verify the rolling brush is rotating. If it's not, hair may be tangled in it. Pull the release tabs on the brush guard, remove the brush, and clean it.
Maintenance tip: Clean the filters weekly and replace them every two months for peak performance.
