The BoostIQ indicator light on the remote shows the active suction mode. If it's always on, the RoboVac is in BoostIQ mode. That's the default and intended setting.
BoostIQ is a dynamic feature. It automatically increases suction power from the standard level up to 1300Pa when the vacuum detects it needs more power, typically when transitioning onto carpet. The light confirms the feature is enabled.
You can change the mode using the remote's suction power button. Pressing it will cycle the settings. The indicators will change accordingly:
- BoostIQ Light On: Dynamic suction (default).
- Max Icon: Maximum 1300Pa suction locked on for entire cycle.
- Standard Icon: Lower, constant suction for quiet operation on hard floors.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the light is on but the vacuum seems to have weak suction on carpet, the filter may be clogged. Empty the dust bin and clean the high-performance filter with a dry cloth.
