eufy 11s robot vacuum won't go back to its charger, it just bumps around near it

This is almost always a placement issue. The charging base needs a very specific clear area to function as a homing beacon.

Here's what you need to do:

1. First, pick up your RoboVac and manually place it on the charger to make sure it's charged up for the next attempt.
2. Now, check the charger's location. You need to give it a lot of room. Move it so there's at least 3 feet of open, clear floor space on both the left and right sides of the base.
3. Also make sure there's 3 feet of clear space directly in front of the base. Move any furniture, toys, or power cords out of that zone.
4. The base must be on a hard, level surface and pressed flush against a wall. Don't put it on a rug or a slanted floor.
5. Once it's correctly positioned, send the RoboVac out to clean. It should now be able to find its way back.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The infrared sensors on the vacuum or the base might be blocked by dust. Wipe the sensors (the dark plastic windows) on the front of the vacuum and on the charging base with a clean, dry cloth.
