Robot-proof your space. This prevents 90% of common issues.

  • Clear the floor. Pick up loose cables, socks, thin rugs with tassels, and pet toys. These will tangle the brush.
  • Position the charging base. This is critical. Place it on a hard, level surface, flush against a wall. Leave 3 feet of clear space on both sides and in front of it.
  • Do a first charge. Manually place the RoboVac on the base and let it charge uninterrupted for 5-6 hours for a full battery.
  • Check the brushes. Ensure the side brushes are snapped in correctly and the main brush roll turns freely.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If it gets stuck immediately, you missed an obstacle. Use the remote's Manual Mode to drive it out of trouble, then re-scan the area. For recurring stuck spots, consider using the included magnetic boundary strips to block off problematic areas.

HEADS UP: The vacuum is only 2.85 inches tall. It can fit under most furniture, but check for low-hanging drapes or bed skirts that it could suck up and drag.
