Diagnosis and fix proceed in this order:
- Charge Cycle: A full charge takes 5 to 6 hours. Ensure the vacuum is undisturbed on the base for this entire period. The indicator light will confirm charge status.
- Power Mode: Runtime varies by suction setting. Max mode (1300Pa) consumes battery fastest. For extended cleaning, use Standard or BoostIQ mode.
- Brush Roll Obstruction: A tangled brush roll forces the motor to work harder, draining the battery. Power off the unit, flip it over, and remove the brush cover. Clear all debris from the brush roll and axles.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The battery may be degraded. If the unit is older and runtime has gradually decreased, this is the likely cause. Contact eufy customer service for battery replacement options.
