You need to be in Manual Mode using the remote. First, check the remote's batteries.
- Replace the two AAA batteries in the remote control.
- Press the Manual button on the remote (it typically has a hand icon). The vacuum should beep to confirm.
- Now use the directional arrow buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to drive it precisely where you want it to go.
- To stop manual control and let it resume automatic cleaning, press the Auto button.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The vacuum itself might be off. Check the power switch on the underside of the RoboVac 11S and make sure it's in the "On" (I) position. Also, ensure you're pointing the remote directly at the vacuum's front sensors from a reasonable distance.
HEADS UP: The remote is your only way to access Manual Mode for spot cleaning, as the RoboVac 11S model does not connect to a smartphone app.
