The blinking green output indicator is normal—it's a built-in hour meter telling you how many total hours are on the generator.
Here is how to read it: count the blinks when you start the engine.
- No blinks: 0–100 hours.
- 1 blink: 100–200 hours.
- 2 blinks: 200–300 hours.
- 3 blinks: 300–400 hours.
- 4 blinks: 400–500 hours.
- 5 blinks: 500 or more hours.
The clicking noise is likely the internal relays of the Eco Throttle system or inverter adjusting to load changes. If the green light is steady when running (not blinking) and power is normal, the noise is typical operation.
If the green light goes off and the red overload indicator comes on or blinks, that indicates a problem requiring further diagnosis.
