Diagnosis
The removable fabric cover is machine washable, but the plastic camera body and lens need careful handling.
How to Fix It
For the fabric cover: simply unzip it, remove it, and throw it in a gentle, cold wash cycle. Air dry it—don't put it in the dryer. For the hard plastic camera body and base, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth with a tiny bit of mild dish soap. Wipe gently and dry immediately.
If That Didn't Work
For stubborn stains on the fabric that survive a wash, you can spot-treat with a baby-safe stain remover before washing again. For haze on the plastic dome, a dry microfiber cloth is your best bet; avoid chemicals.
Heads Up
Never submerge the camera body, base, or power adapter in water. Never spray cleaner directly onto the camera. Always remove the fabric cover before cleaning the plastic parts, and make sure everything is 100% dry before reassembling and plugging it back in.
