Diagnosis
The charcoal grease filter is located on the underside of the unit at the rear. It is designed to be removed for cleaning.
How to Fix It
Remove the filter correctly. Open the door. Locate the two filter latches at the top rear of the cavity ceiling. Simultaneously push both latches upward. The entire filter assembly will drop down slightly. Pull it straight out toward you.
If That Didn't Work
Grease may be causing it to stick. Apply gentle upward pressure on the filter grille while pushing the latches. Do not force it. Ensure you are pressing the correct plastic tabs, not the metal mesh.
Heads Up
This filter is not dishwasher safe. Clean it by soaking in warm, soapy water. Rinse and let it air dry completely before reinstallation. Do not operate the convection functions without the filter in place.
