Diagnosis
The bulb has burned out. It is a standard halogen bulb (G4 base, 20W) accessible from the interior.
How to Fix It
Replace the bulb. Ensure the unit is unplugged and completely cool. Locate the bulb cover on the top right of the cavity. Twist the cover counterclockwise to remove it. Pull the old bulb straight out. Insert a new 20W G4 halogen bulb. Do not touch the glass of the new bulb with bare fingers.
If That Didn't Work
The bulb socket or wiring may be faulty. After unplugging, check for any visible corrosion or damage in the socket. Ensure the new bulb is seated firmly.
Heads Up
Use only the specified 20W halogen bulb. Higher wattage bulbs can damage the wiring or socket. Oils from skin can cause hot spots on the bulb, shortening its life.
