DIAGNOSIS You cannot hose it down. Water pressure will force water into the deck through cable grommets and the dashboard seal, causing electrical damage.
FIX Use a damp cloth for the frame and dashboard. For the deck, use a stiff brush (dry or slightly damp) to scrub dirt from the grooves. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to suck up loose debris. For sticky residue, use isopropyl alcohol on a cloth, not directly on the scooter.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For ingrained grime, use a dedicated electric scooter cleaner or a mild all-purpose cleaner. Spray it on the cloth, not the scooter. Avoid the brake discs, calipers, and tire treads.
HEADS UP Never spray water directly on the scooter, especially the dashboard, charging port, or underside of the deck. Never use a pressure washer or high-pressure hose. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
